Become a Ballet Instructor at INB
Do you have a deep love for children and a solid ballet foundation? At Inland Northwest Ballet, we are looking for instructors who can teach in a way that resonates with young dancers, helping them grasp elementary skills while having fun. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the importance of following a structured syllabus, breaking down skills into manageable steps that lead to more advanced concepts.
Creative and Patient:
We value creativity, patience, and high energy in our instructors. You’ll be guiding students through their dance journey, ensuring that they not only learn ballet technique but also enjoy the process.
Planning and Progress Tracking:
We expect our instructors to plan their classes thoughtfully, ensuring a smooth flow, applicable corrections, and continual movement. Tracking each student’s progress is essential to ensure they are consistently advancing in their training.
Holistic Approach:
At INB, we believe in nurturing the total wellness of each child, not just focusing on ballet technique. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on your students’ lives both inside and outside the studio, this is the place for you.
Administrative Opportunities at INB
If you love the arts but prefer to work behind the scenes, Inland Northwest Ballet also offers opportunities for those with exceptional administrative skills. Our office staff plays a crucial role in keeping our studio running smoothly, and we’re always looking for individuals who are meticulous, organized, and professional.
Office Roles
We need team members who are detail-oriented, capable of managing various tasks efficiently, and passionate about supporting the arts. If you excel in writing, proofreading, and maintaining a professional office environment, we’d love to have you on board.
Supportive Environment
Just like our dance instructors, our administrative staff is an integral part of the INB family. Your work behind the scenes helps create a positive and organized environment that allows our faculty and students to thrive.
