Adult Ballet Barre

Begin your mornings in the very best way with our adult barre workout!


This 75 minute class focuses on strengthening the abs and lower back, 

the glutes, quads, inner and outer thighs, as well as the upper body.


Feel stronger, more graceful, and stand taller after beginning your day with barre!
